M.G.K NET is a leading telecom solutions provider, headquartered in Kerala, India. We are offering the state of the art telecom connectivity services for more than 10 major Telecom Industries in India and abroad.
Besides headquartered in Trivandrum,M.G.K NET has branch offices at Kollam District in Kerala for effective professional and timely operational services.
Founded in 2000, M.G.K NET is a proprietary concern having annual turnover more than 8.5 crores from telecom services.
During the year 2010, the C.E.O. of the firm had decided to transform the proprietary firm as a “Private Limited company” in the name of “M.G.K.NET Telecom and Electrical Contractors” by retaining all the assets, liabilities and present clients with an intention of expanding the business in a large scale operation within the country.
The C.E.O of the firm has adequate technical qualifications and having more than 10 years of professional experiences in the field of telecom connectivity and electrical services.
HUMAN RESOURCES
M.G.K NET recognizes that human resource is the capital and the key success of today’s business needs. The firm’s highly specialised and professional human resources are very important to achieve maximum efficiency in our services.M.G.K NET is providing success-oriented and rewarding working environments headed by talented and skilled personnel.
M.G.K NET presently employs 55 professionals, of which 90% are technically qualified and balance 10% are of administrative staff.
The technical innovations are the crucial into M.G.K NET’sdevelopment strategy. One technical supervisor controls and supervise of about 10 workers which helps the operation to be closely monitored and completed in due time. 90% of the total technical staffs hold electrical engineering degree or diploma.
All the employees get technical training from the H R Division of the firm before they are being deployed into different work sites. Also they will be given on the job training to do the task effectively and on timely manner.
Safety is given top priority in our organization. To maintain safe working practice and environment, all the employees are given safety training for every 2 months once. Safety training is provided by KARAM.

M.G.K NET is able to carry out large contracts for the major vendors. The large-scale projects undertaken by M.G.K NET need wide requirements of human resources. In this way, M.G.K NET actively plays a positive role in the financial and social development of the local areas by giving opportunity to the local community.

We at MGK NET focus on ensuring the safety of everyone involved in our operations and the general public. We believe all accidents and injuries are preventable and we have built a culture where safety is an integral part of our decision making.
Loss of life or injury related to our operations is unacceptable. We will continue to do all we can to strive towards our objective of zero accidents.
Our strategy is designed to tackle the root causes of major incidents and to create a mature safety culture across the Group. Our programs and policies establish how employees and contractors identify and manage risks and take personal responsibility for their own safety and the safety of those around them. This vigilance is essential to our vision, not just of eliminating major incidents but preventing any incidents that could affect the health and safety of our people.
We are determined to be admired for our approach and our performance on health and safety. Many of our suppliers tell us that MGK NET’s expectations exceed those of other operators and we believe we have an opportunity to lead our industry on health and safety.
We focus on reducing the impact of the top five risks across our operations: working at height, occupational road risk, working with electricity, control of contractors and cables in the ground.
We ask each of our markets, our supply chain teams and our group technology teams to clearly demonstrate what they are doing to reduce or eliminate these risks and promote awareness of our Absolute Rules on safety. In 2017/18, majority of our employees agreed that the Absolute Rules for Health and Safety are taken seriously at MGK NET.
CIVIL CONSTRUCTION BASE
Besides the above, M.G.K NET has developed a network for doing civil works relating to the Telecom Industry. M.G.K NET has maintained experienced and qualified labourers for doing any type of the civil works. All the civil works are done under the strong control and supervision of site engineers having B. Tech degree level.
Presently M.G.K NET has been doing the variety of civil works for telecom industry such as tower foundation, DG room, guard room, stabiliser room, boundary wall fencing, gate construction etc. of leading telecom companies namely WTTIL, Aster Tele Services etc for the last three years.
The facility of supplying the materials on credit and availability of workers are the most added advantages of civil works.
M.G.K NET has a team of civil engineering unit comprising one B.Tech engineer with 2 numbers of site supervisors and 15 qualified civil workers for the professional completion of the site works.
The everlasting experience in this field helps the firm to make an ideal relation with the vendor companies. In this way, the vendor companies focus for the value generating service of M.G.K NET. Thus M.G.K NET is well recognised to be one in this anticipated wave of outsourcing in the telecom connectivity services.
INFRASTRUCTURE
The headquarters of M.G.K. NET is at Trivandrum, the capital city of Kerala, having two storied building having an area of about 1000 ft2. All the company accounts and administrative sections of the firm are managed from this headquarters. Separate space is available in this headquarters for training the newly appointed.
Separate spacious godowns are available for storing both the materials supplied by the vendor companies which are to be transported to the work sites and other on hand materials.
